If you live outside of United States of America, please make your order by phone at 1 888 880 7071, or by email at info@khushclothing.com. We will be more than happy to help you! All International Orders may and most likely will be subject to Customs Dutied, Tariffs, VAT's and any other fee your country charges. Check with your Customs Office to clarify what fees will be charged to your order. Khush Clothing does not incur any of these fees. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges. 

What if I want to return my order?

International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including exchanges. You will be held responsible for the return shipping costs if the package is sent back for any reason.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

When will my order ship?

Orders with Ground Shipping can take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 AM PT (1:00 PM ET) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for Ground Shipping?

Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95, and orders over $100 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping. Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically shipped within 2-3 business days and arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options! Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact customer service if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii.

2nd day air
2nd Day Air is a flat rate of $30. All 2nd Day Air orders confirmed before 10:00 a.m. PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

3 day shipping
3 Day Shipping is a flat rate of $20. All 3 Day Shipping orders confirmed before 10:00 AM PST (1 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT (2 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Overnight shipping
Overnight Shipping is a flat rate of $45. All Overnight orders confirmed before 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.

Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following day.

For example, a 3 day Shipping order placed on Monday after 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes with standard shipping for $7.95 Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1-888 880 7071, or by email at info@khushclothing.com with your request, and we will be able to assist you in placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at www.ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at www.usps.com.

What are the shipping charges for using UPS Return Label?

Yes! We offer Free Return Shipping! Contact us at 1 888 880 7071, or by email info@khushclothing.com no later than 15 days of the original shipping date in order to get your free return. If any items are returned after 15 days of receipt, a return shipping charge of $7.95 will be assessed. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.

To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders in one package as long as you include the corresponding copy of its invoice for each item inside the package.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call our customer service department as soon as possible (toll free US/CAN) 1 888 880 7071, or email us at info@khushclothing.com, so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped, UPS charges an $7.95 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.

What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?

We want to sort out any issues with your order right away! If you would like to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us, please contact our Customer Service department at info@khushclothing.com or call us (toll free US/CAN)

Am I charged extra for shipping backordered items?

You will be charged shipping and handling only once. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via Ground Shipping.

 

KHUSH CLOTHING RETURNS & EXCHANGES

My order has incorrect or damaged items, What should I do?

If we have sent you the wrong or damaged item, Please contact us as soon as possible and we will gladly issue a return label and handle your return as soon as possible.

How do I make a return?

At Khush Clothing returns are pretty easy!
Please contact our customer service department at 1 888 880 7071 (toll free US/CAN), or by email info@khushclothing.com within 15 days of the original shipment date, and we will cover the cost of your return and send you a UPS/USPS label by email for you to stick on your package and ship it back to us. All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.

Return Policy

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment;
  • All items must be in original condition;
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the hygienic liner intact, and with the original Khush Clothing product hang tags attached;
  • Items returned with obvious use, make up, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal;
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged;
  • Gift Card cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged;
  • Jewelry are not exchangeable;
  • Returned Jewelry with signs of use, or being wet, are non-refundable;
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

Return Processing

Please allow 14 business days from the return delivered date. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card.
